DS, age 22, will be staying at BCV for a few days in September. He will need to get to a wedding in the Lakeland area on one of the days. As he is under 25, rental car options are very few. He could rent from Rent-A-Wreck however, he needs to return the car on a Sunday and Rent-A-Wreck closes at noon on Saturday...he'd have to leave the car in an unattended lot and no one would check it in until Monday morning. I could be worrying over nothing but I'm not overly comfortable with that plan.
Second option: he takes ME to BCV from MCO and then takes either a town car or taxi to and from the wedding. With a town car, he would need to set a specific return time, which he won't know in advance. I know he can take a Mears Yellow Cab to Lakeland but they won't be able to pick him up for the return.
Does anyone know of a taxi service he can use for the return or, have any better ideas on how to make this trip?
