transport edinburgh to york to london

Ok so I have my itinerary almost set 2 weeks to go! Gleneagles for her 18th bday and we booked Dishoom one night.
My mom is taking the kids out one night so I do get a date night (we have one in london too!). Have you been to martin wishart. I wasnt sure my husband would like Kora. Also, what is customary for tour guide tip (we booked a few tours), restaurant and taxi tips. thank you! sorry to bother you so much!

Just got back!!! we loved Dishoom and Martin Wishart. We did Arthurs seat hike at night. Glad we did it . Royal yacht was fun. We went to tolbooth Tavern and it was really good. We liked our harry potter tour. We didnt get to see as much as we had wanted to because it was hard for my parents and my mom started acting out in the middle of the trip. I wanted to go to montpelier but we couldnt. We ate a lot of M &S prepared food over the trip. Our hotel was good and in a good location. We coudnt get to Rosslyn chapel. York however was our favorite of our 3 city tour!

Edinburgh is a city where you do a lot of walking in the centre. If you have mobility issues it could be a problem.

Yes my mom couldnt do some of the steep areas. Some places she would get to by uber.

Why don't you take a plane? A plane from Edinburgh to London is inexpensive.

Kora is located in one of the best areas of Edinburgh, Bruntsfield/Morningside. Great area to explore on foot. The food is exceptional.

I was just there to eat while I was a presenter at a conference! The food at Kora was lovely! I also really enjoyed Dishoom.

If you go back to Edinburgh try a place called PIGGS. Spanish Tapas restaurant. A new restaurant not far from Kora. Exceptional . Food great quality. Fun place to go. It’s better than most Tapas places I have visited in Spain.
