It depends on how close to your cruise you are. I think it's 7 days prior?

We are 41 days out

but looking for something more affordable we are 6
but we could split into 4 in a uber or Lyft if cheaper
and two in another one

Not all Uber and Lyft drivers want to take someone that far out. You might be better off booking a private car service.

With a party of 6, you can probably book a private car service for less than DCL Transfers. But if you are thinking of splitting up 4 + 2, it may or may not be less expensive for the party of 4. With 3-4 is right about the point that DCL Transfers = private car service. Uber/Lyft may be less expensive, but it may be harder to find a ride willing to go that far AND with space for 6 passengers + luggage.
