Transfering Points Question

I saw on the rent/transfer board that someone has 475 points to transfer and is interested in transferring them in blocks of 100.

I was under the impression that you can do one inbound or outbound transfer for each UY..therefore, how can you breakup the points into blocks of 100 and transfer points to multiple people ??

I believe you are correct about the its either inbound or out. But you can transfer out multiple times or transfer in as long is its in 1 direction per UY.

This rule changed a few years ago to in OR out with no limit on how many. It's counted per use year.
