Trading extra scrapbook supplies?

Hello! I'm slowly but surely getting obsessed with scrapbooking! It started with a scrapbook of my Disney Cruise, which recently joined the ranks of "things I'd grab if the house was on fire!"

Now I'm working on a Disney World scrapbook, and I find myself stuck with not enough of some supplies, but too many of others. I just don't have the extra money to buy everything I need, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to trade supplies? Do people even do that? I was reading the Swaps board, but I think that's something totally different.

Basically I have a few extra 12x12 papers, and a lot of extra stickers, boarders, and a bunch of random other stuff. I can't seem to find the sort of website I'm looking for...a place for people to post pictures/descriptions of what they have to trade and also list items they'd like to recieve. Do you know if such a website exsists?

I thought about selling a huge lot of all of it on eBay, but I don't want to bother with all that. I thought there must be someone out there who also has a lot of extra stuff and maybe we could just switch supplies!

I don't think there are any going on right now, but you might want to check the Swap board here for a general swap or a 39 cent swap to unload your overages.

If you check over on the 2007 Swap list, we are doing a "Pizza Box" swap where we basically put stuff we don't need anymore ie extra stickers, paper, embellishments and take out the items we would use that someone else put in.

I am also hostessing an anything in an envelope swap early in the year. You will PM your address and a basic wish list -like the Disney embellishments and I send your info to someone and you get someone elses wish list. But wait for the sign ups to send me your info.

But I have not seen a place to post pictures of what you have or what you wish. That does sound cool, but very time consuming.

Just below the scrapbooking section in the creative community you will find a swap section. Listed in the threads will be one called a Pizza box swap.
