Tracey's wedding weight loss attempt (comments welcome & needed!!)

Forgot to add i did my 1st WI on Friday since before xmas...
gained 4lb's not as bad as i thought!!
i now weigh 174 lb's would like to get to around 150 lb's thats 8lb a month or 2lb's a week!!! gulp..
 
Tracy, you can do it! Great job getting your food and exercise back in control, doesn't that feel good? That is so sad about the man at the gym, I really feel for him. He did it once, he can do it again, but still sad. Keep up your good work, 4 pounds over Christmas is not bad at all!
 
Sounds like you finally got back into the fitness mode! It's nice when you are "in the zone" and enjoy working out.

Your food looks good too, I bet those 4 holiday pounds will go away quickly.

Well i've turned into an exercise machine!! (well for 2 days anyway!)
I went to the gym 2 days in a row!!

Sunday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
lunch - 2 cheese/ham rolls, lf yogurt
dinner - pork chop, couc cous, mini corn cob, baked cheesy potatos
1 glass red wine, handful walnuts

Went to gym..again... did 25 mins on TM then swam 30 lengths in 20 mins - it was great to be in the pool again as i havnt swam for ages! & boy could i feel it!!!

I really was looking forward to walking to work today but the weather warmed up ....which ment heavy rain all day :(
Its either freezing cold & sunny or warmer & wet !!

Monday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
snack - banana, lf hot choc drink....just found out (now they've bought out new packaging with proper nutritional values on) that my lf hot choc drink is very high in sugar!! but i cant give it up - its my daily treat! & keeps me going!
lunch - chk/bacon & pasta salad, lf yogurt, strawberries
dinner - chilli/lime fish gourgons!(sp) with ranch salad, boiled potatos, Low sugar choc dessert

No exercise :( might try & get on the wii!

Now my exciting news....i just booked Il Divo for me, mum & dad to see in March :cool1: (DH not into classical)

Good job you Goddess of the Gym! And your food looks great too. I think we can safely say Tracey Cooper is back in the game! Rain, cold, is it spring yet???

Monday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
snack - banana, LF hot choc drink
lunch - chk salad, lf yogurt, strawberries
snack (before gym) - 2 slices of wholemeal bread with cheese'onion filler, glass of orange/pineapple juice
dinner - mushroom risotto, glass of orange/pinapple juice

Went to gym :)
700 + cals :) - i even jogged twice as i had so much energy to burn!!!

WI.....5 lb loss :cool1: :cheer2:

Thats down to 169 lb's from 174 :)

I cant believe it!!! that means i lost the 4lb i gained at xmas + another 1lb which means i broke my plateau :)

Thursday
went to gym - 600 cals

b/fast - creal, decaf earl grey
snack - banana, lf hot choc drink
lunch - 2 slices whloemeal with cheese/onion filler bread, lf yogurt, pineapple
snack - 3 crispbreads with cheese/onion filler
dinner - baked potato, mini corn cob, turkey with mushroom sauce
1 gin & tonic

Had a terrible day at work !!! one of the teacher were off sick & the teacher i work with didnt get on with the teacher that was covering..i was ''piggy in the middle''!! & the kids were really playing up.

Friday
walked to & from work :)
the teacher was still off sick & i had to cover the class on my own, but the kids were great today :)
We had goodies in the staff room today - choc cake & cookies..............
& i resisted the lot :)

b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
snack - crumpet with jam, lf hot choc drink
lunch - mushrom noodles, lf yogurt, pineapple
dinner - fish & chips
having a glass of wine later!

gotta go, on DD's laptop & shes getting withdrawal symptoms from facebook!!!!

Saturday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
lunch - WW tuna in lemon mayo with 3 slices of wholemeal bread, yogurt, glass of grapefruit juice
dinner- baked potato with lf cheese, WW quiche & salad - was pretty proud of this as we were going to visit friends & i knew she was doing pizza so ate before i went & resisted :) Did have 2 large malibu & cokes & 2 large wines!

cleaned house.
Went to gym - 700 cals :)

Went to friends, the weather was terrible - torrential rain, high winds...guess what we did??? Sat outside in their jaquizi!!! Had to keep my hand over my wineglass to stop it getting rain-watered down!!

Sunday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
lunch - pasta with lf sauce & lf cheese, yogurt
dinner - 2 small crusty rolls with regular cheese & ham

Watched a movie later & i had 10 minstrels (choc buttons in a choc candy coating)
did food shopping, visited grandad
Went to gym - did TM for 20 mins (tried interval running) then swam 30 lengths

Monday
wanted to walk to work but it was raining again!!
so no exercise today!

b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
snack - lf hot choc, banana
lunch - chk, bacon & pasta salad, lf yogurt, strawberries
dinner - thin steak with mushroom, tomato, mini corn cob & homemade fries (oven baked)

got a text from mum & dad in Spain telling me how warm & sunny it is!!!
