Saturday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
lunch - WW tuna in lemon mayo with 3 slices of wholemeal bread, yogurt, glass of grapefruit juice
dinner- baked potato with lf cheese, WW quiche & salad - was pretty proud of this as we were going to visit friends & i knew she was doing pizza so ate before i went & resisted

Did have 2 large malibu & cokes & 2 large wines!
cleaned house.
Went to gym - 700 cals
Went to friends, the weather was terrible - torrential rain, high winds...guess what we did??? Sat outside in their jaquizi!!! Had to keep my hand over my wineglass to stop it getting rain-watered down!!
Sunday
b/fast - cereal, decaf earl grey
lunch - pasta with lf sauce & lf cheese, yogurt
dinner - 2 small crusty rolls with regular cheese & ham
Watched a movie later & i had 10 minstrels (choc buttons in a choc candy coating)
did food shopping, visited grandad
Went to gym - did TM for 20 mins (tried interval running) then swam 30 lengths
Monday
wanted to walk to work but it was raining again!!
so no exercise today!

lunch - chk, bacon & pasta salad, lf yogurt, strawberries
dinner - thin steak with mushroom, tomato, mini corn cob & homemade fries (oven baked)
got a text from mum & dad in Spain telling me how warm & sunny it is!!!
day 20 TR done (one more to do!!)
