Thanks guys
Just a quickie as i'm taking DD to gym, where going in the pool for a swim, then i think we will have lunch their & go & see my parents & my grandad!
Went to doc
me: - bad head could be due to stress on top of TOM & a virus!!! Thats basically what i thought, i feel aweful in the morning but seem to be ok by late morning!
DD & i have not been getting along too well the last few weeks, every conversation seems to turn into an argument, the joys of pre-teens i suppose
& i think it all coming as we broke up from school didnt help, i've been running around for weeks & then just stop, i think it hits you then!!
DD:- Her arm is just strained, its the elbow joint, after she fell on it she went to sleep not long after & i think it ceased the muscle up, doc basically told her what i've been telling her & how to ease it...now she believes me
& amazingly her arm is much better today
sigh...
But i'm glad it was nothing serious so thats a relief!
Food yesterday
b/fast - croissant, earl grey
lunch - 3 crispbreads with cheese & onion sandwich filler, yogurt, small cake
dinner - i tryed to be creative!! stir fried spinach, m/rooms, tomatos, chillies & green beans & added cream served it with pork chops. was ok but i think i would have preffered it without the cream! 1 pancake with sugar free maple syrup & a dollop of choc chip ice cream
Tracy, lovinaz, Amy & goldcup mum - Sorry for teasing you all with the cheesecake, it was much better than wedding cake
Thanks for being so supportive on my journal
Cam - thanks for the info, i do x trainer & stepper before tm & do a couple of stretches before i start. i then do 3 mins walk on '2' incline 3 min jog, 3 min walk again, 3 min jog & 3 min walk to finish (total 15 mins) I will slow down my pace although it doesnt feel that fast! 5.5 is about the fastest you can walk before jogging & thats the pace i walk at on the incline, i might slow that down a bit too! Thanks for the advice
So much for being a quickie!! I will catch up with you all later

Great job trying something new, it's easy to get stuck in a food rut.
. I feel your pain as I'm going through it with both DD's right now. Most of the time it is DD11 and I butting heads. But anytime it seems to get better, then DD12 starts up. Of course, then you throw in the 3year old tantrums. Is it any wonder I need a glass of wine at the end of the day? All I can say, is our mothers made it through with us and survived to tell about it
Of course, that is easy for me to say at the moment with DD18 off at college -- ignorance can be bliss if you let it!
and

needed to work off that chinese!!

I like dry wine & it doesnt taste as strong as that too me & more sweet too.
