Went to gym & did my 18 min TM marathon again
I hadnt been since Monday so i gave myself a good rest & i'm not back till Sunday, BUT i've done the 18 mins the last 3 visits!
My trainer was in & she gave me some new exercises, some real killers for my butt!! Cant wait to give them a proper try out on Sunday:goodvibes
I now have 3 programmes to alternate
programme 1 - cardio & arm weights/exercises
programme 2 - just cardio
programme 3 - cardio & leg/butt exercises

Grandad still doing well :cool1:

b/fast - cereal
lunch - low gi bread roll with cheese & pastrami on, yogurt
dinner - 3 crisp breads, bowl of thai soup with 1 slice of linseed & soya bread

Went to a meeting at DD's school, she is hoping to do an ict qualification early but there are limited spaces, so just hoping she gets on it!

WI - no change...suprise, suprise!!!
Went to dr today for checkup, i moaned about not losing any weight & he also said it could be toning & muscle!
Checkup was for birth control pills as they dont like me taking them but it has solved all mt TOM & other problems!! He keeps hinting that i will have to come off them soon & have i thought of an alternative!! Isnt that his job!!!
I'm dreading the day, as life is finally normal after 2 yrs of abnormal TOM's & non existant relations with DH!! Oh well cross that bridge when i come to it!!

DH's birthday on sunday & we are going into the city tomorrow with friends for an all day drinking session!! Catching 12.15pm train & coming home on
9pm train, thats about 8 hrs drinking :scared1:
Looks like another weekend of no will power & bad eating/drinking is looming!!!! ;)

One of DH's friends arrived on the canal on his boat, so we all sat on the boat outside the pubs on the canal - lovely!

Went to the pub for a couple of hours at dinner time, but i was drinking diet coke then.

Phew sorry it was such a long one!!!

Sorry guys just noticed my count down has gone under 15 months -
:cool1: :thumbsup2 :goodvibes  :wizard: :woohoo: :yay: :dance3: :cheer2:

Most importantly: woo hoo for the trip counter! I am seriously debating my move to Washington state, and think maybe we should have moved to Florida so I could go more often! Although, I can't complain to you too much--you've got the whole Atlantic to get across :lmao:

Also, you are literally kicking some serious butt w/your exercise. It's so awesome how well and how much you're doing. Good for you!

I hope the rest of the week is great!

Woohoo for trip countdowns!!!:woohoo: :yay: I just looked at my countdown for September and realized that I only have 4 months to get my trips paid off! I've gotta get going on that!:goodvibes

Sounds like you had a great weekend! I have never had a Mai-Tai, but I've heard lots of good things about them. My DH said he'll buy me one at WDW for my birthday.:woohoo:

Have a great week, Tracey and a Happy Mother's Day!:flower3:

Hey Tracey, the good news is that Pop Century makes a mean Mai Tai! So does O'Hana (although the Lapu Lapu's are even better). I need to come to England and hang out with you, you are way too much fun! So glad you had a fun, thrist quenching ;) , long weekend. And also glad your granddad is out walking, that sounds very promising! You got right back on track, thats the key. Keep up the good work, hope the rest of the week is a great one!

Bums and tums? What a cool name for a gym! Right to the point, isn't it?

Yeah for the under 15 months! Now, the Adventurer's club at Pleasure Island has a 'house' drink that is great. If you eat at any other resort, it has to be at Boma's at AKL. They have a drink called Victoria Falls. Fab! And the carrot soup isn't too bad either!

Have a great weekend and spend some time relaxing!

Wendy

Wendy - havnt tried the Adventurers club but hoping to do it next year!
Done Boma twice, always had the south african cider to drink as its delish!!!
Now i have an excuse to go back ;)

Amy - whats in a lapu lapu??? I think it was you who got me intersested in the mai-tai's! Your welcome to 'pop' over for a night out anytime,
or better still i'll see you at pop century from the 4th Aug 2008 ;)

Tracy - thanks for the mothers day wishes - its wierd as we had mothers day back in march - so i'm feeling spoilt right now!

Bekki - i'm exercising really well at the moment - just wish the scale would give me some more motivation :( I'd love to move out to Florida one day - do they take English teaching assistants out there!?!

Wednesday

My aching butt is slowly feeling better!!
b/fast - cereal
lunch - sandwich, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - baked potato with chk, cheese & bacon filler.

Good news:banana:
Gym rang me tonight & they are giving my neice/goddaughter free gym membership to sponsor her for the trip to the world transplant games at Bangkok in August :cool1:
Taking her on Friday :goodvibes

Congrats to the Niece/Goddaughter! That's awesome what the gym is doing to help her out!

You've been doing GREAT at the workouts! Glad you've had some 'fun' nights/days, too!

Happy Belated Birthday to Gary!

Have a GREAT rest of the week!

That's great that the gym is giving your niece a free membership!:goodvibes

You have been doing a fastastic job with your workouts! Keep up the good work!:cheer2:

Hope you have a great weekend!

Wow that is so nice for the gym to do that. Makes you glad you gave them your business in the first place I'll bet! A Lapu Lapu is an extremely strong drink that comes in a hollowed out pineapple. I see lots of people on the Restaurants board who also like them! I drank two December of 2005, then rode the monorail over to see Spectro and dh said I was having "way too good of a time"! Go to O'Hana and get one honey, you won't regret it! I am such a fine friend, telling all my buddies what drinks to order, can you tell what my priorites in life are?

Have a great weekend, is it Mother's Day in the UK as well? Regardless Happy Mother's Day, keep up the good work!
