Not had a good end to the week! ;(
Thursday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - salad, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - soup with 1 slice of bread, 3 crispbreads
On my way to pick DH up from work a car pulled out on me & smashed all the passenger side in, luckily there was only me in the car. We only bought the car last October

The other driver has admitted it was his fault but i'm still mad, depressed, shook up & fed up!!
I went to the Dr next day as my right side was hurting - mild whiplash!
I'm determined to still get to the gym!!
Friday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - sandwich, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - 4 crispbreads then pizza & fries at 11pm
Went out in evening as DH wanted to watch a football match at the pub.
Drowned my sorrows!! had another jug of mai tai & felt better
Took my niece to the gym, we trained together & she really enjoyed it

It seemed to help with my aching shoulder/side.
Saturday
Took car to garage nearly $4000 to repair
Glad the other drivers insurance is paying!!!
B/fast - none
lunch - 4 crispbreads
dinner - having curry or fish & chips
Shoulder/side feels sore but no worse than before i went to the gym!
They say its best to keep moving!
So thats my weekend!
DH is gutted about the car its his pride & joy, but he did say that as long as i'm ok thats the most important thing!
Just makes you think how one minute life is ok & the next ...who knows what!!!
