Well for whatever it's worth looking at the 2014 trailer towing guide (Referenced above) it appears that Any 2500 silverado can tow that weight. That said, however, as others have pointed out, there is more to towing than just that. Special equipment (Electric brake, anti-sway, axle ratio, tongue/pin weight, etc...) and as PaHunter stated, dry weight is probably only a weight you might use when picking it up from the dealer and taking it home. Once there you are going to add SO much more. (propane, dishes, supplies, etc...) much of this stuff will end up STAYING in the trailer. Even using the GVWR is not enough. Again, pin/tongue weight is a very important factor.
