quick question, if i pay for this, is it a book, or do they email you an itenerary?

Neither. It gives you access to the website which has lots of information about planning a WDW vacation.

It is not a customized itinerary generated for you.

I just signed up for this, myself. It's not a book, and the "itinerary" is not really specialized to you (though you fill out some questions at the beginning that specialize "your" links a bit). Mainly, it gives you access to his website, consisting of several articles about the parks (and other stuff at WDW) and a philosophy for touring them. Once you've signed up, you'll have a "homepage" that's somewhat customizable that helps organize links to other things (though, overall, I don't think it's a particularly well designed website). Think of it as a guidebook in web format.

I just signed up for it a few days ago, and it is like a guide book in internet form. I found it to be useful, but it does not give you exact trip plan.
