I'm thinking of subscribing TGM. Does TGM have touring plans for late risers? We are not early birds and probably will not get there before parks open. I know the sensible things to do is to get up early but we can't. So is it worth it to subscribe to TGM?

Most of his advice (as is the advice from UG) stresses getting to the parks at opening. He will give you information as to the best times for each of your attractions, and many are listed at various times of the day. He offers sample plans, which always advice getting to the parks at opening. I guess you could just use his "best times" to alter it to fit your situation when possible.

I think using his "best days" advice will really help, too..especially if you won't be getting there at the crack of dawn.

He does offer a money back guarantee if you do subscribe but don't find his advice helpful. I've heard there are no questions asked.

A lot of his tips focus on getting to the parks before the crowds. Other poster was right in that the best days may help but a lot of the itinerary advice will not be as helpful without getting there before or right at opening.

If you aren't willing to get up early, you are probably better off with the "late arrival" plans at touringplans.com. You could put something together with TGM, but it would be more work.

Thank you for your responses. May be I could push hubby and the kids to get up early.

If they are hard to convince you might wanna try making a deal with them. Agree to try one park thier way, and the next day they do the next park your way. Then see who's way is better. I can almost guarantee you that they will want to do it your way from then on. I suggest you do your way the first day, so they can have a great time, then they can do their day the next and know how much more fun they would have had if they had gotten their behinds out of bed early!!

If this is one of your first trips you really need to get to the parks early or go when the parks are empty. The week before labor day is generally not crowded for example.

Guests who have been multiple times might sleep in and intentionally skip attractions.

TGM can be quite cumbersome, but if you meander through it and keep going back, there is a lot of good & helpful hints that make it worthwhile even if you are not an early morning person.
