Okay, so while I was trying to sleep last night (I was still too amped up by watching Torchwood) a thought occured to me.
This includes Night Two (last night) spoilers, so if anyone hasn't seen last night's episode yet, don't read any further.
Okay so Jack's arm, and some of his skull regrew into the full Jack Harkness in the body bag. Very cool, and we already knew that Jack can't die. So here's my thought. What about OTHER pieces of Jack that might be lying around the wreckage of the hub?
On one hand, Jack is a "fixed moment in time" and can't die, so there will always be a Jack Harkness.
On the other hand, how would the pieces left behind not automatically do what the pieces in the body bag did?
I'm overthinking this, aren't I?
