Topaz Adjust

Samples! *One caveat - I am a little odd with my use of Topaz Adjust - I tend to keep my 'good' photos fairly clean from any post-processing - I like them realistic and not processed looking. My favorite thing to do with Topaz Adjust is to go through my photos AFTER I've selected my best ones, and left the others behind as not up to par...I then go through the rejects, and run some of them through Topaz Adjust to see if any life can be breathed into them with some processing. Sometimes I go for realistic and just see if the program can restore some pop to the photo that the original didn't have, while other times I might go for a fantasy look with lots of processing. Because the photos would have been rejects anyway, I feel I am staying loyal to my 'no processed' look for the bulk of my shots. Though I must confess, some of the Topaz results are really exciting and fun! Here's a sampling of rejects turned into something I liked:

I think we need some examples in this thread... :)

if you'd like to see examples of before and after shots, here is a link to an entire photo shoot that I processed with Topaz, the first shot in each series is the original, that is followed by various topaz adjustments... it's interesting to see the different looks you can get with a simple click of the mouse..

If your shots are indicative of the type of subjects you often see... I REALLY need to get up in your neck of the woods for a pirate/renaissance shoot. Especially in the first shot. But photographically, very nice effect with the usage of topaz throughout. :thumbsup2
