Yay for this month! I hate to admit it, but I'm about as bad as the boys when eating! The tide pen comes in very handy!

When I went to the grocery store the other day, they were all out of the Lemonade Swirl ice cream we had enjoyed so much, but I did find some other Toy Story goodies -- cereal (which reminds me a lot of Captain Crunch), Green Army Men gummies, and Playroom Pals gummies. The kids thoroughly enjoyed them all.

YUMMMMMMMMM that cereal would be a big hit at my house! Going to the store anyhow, may just have to look for it!!

Getting just the right shade of green was harder than I thought it would be. Chelsea wanted to add more yellow, but I was afraid that would make it look like mustard. I should have listened to her because afterwards she experimented with the leftover frosting and did get the right shade after adding more yellow. Also, tinting some of the frosting black for the pupils on the eyes (York Peppermint Pieces) proved to be difficult. Our LGM ended up with gray pupils.

Yes, she is right! Yellow and green makes the right shade -- CP you should have PM'd me! I would have told you the correct # of green and yellow drops of food coloring to get "LGM green" .... sounds like a nail polish....

Disney Silly Bandz for Chelsea and Connor! They have had so much fun with them.

Griffin has recently gotten into these, too!!! And to think until the DIS I was totally oblivious. He said Mom EVERYONE is wearing them.

To further prove that our trip is creeping ever closer, we got the all-important Mickey Mail awhile back! Travel documents and luggage tags are always fun to get!

YAY YAY YAY !!!! MICKEY MAIL!!!! Really the official sign that the trip is COMING!!!!!

I have also been making a few trip purchases here and there.

I bought a lot of pins for trading down at Disney. (I kept the Mickey Ghost pin for myself.)

So, there you are -- a little trip update of sorts!

GREAT pin lot! We had fun with ours!!! Have two left to trade in October... Couldn't trade fast enough! Have fun with that! I love those little ghosts, they are cute! Great purchases, it is fun to get just a little of this and that along the way, I agree! Neat Elliot pin! I didn't see that one, very bling! He is so cool to see in person!!!

Jackie, I cary shout wipes, hand wipes, and clorox wipes, in my mail bag... that way if there is something that needs to be removed, food, cotton candy, mud, ketchup, etc. I can attack it with a vengance... I had to get pizza grease out of two shirts this trip! Is it bad if my own son starts running away when I open up a handi-wipe package??!!!

I have been known to insist on Connor not getting dressed until after breakfast. I have also been known to insist he take his shirt off before eating.

(I'm not one of those Type A personalities or anything. )

I am glad to hear that I am not the only parent that makes her child either wait until after breakfast or take the shirt off. Alexia can be very neat and then other days it looks like she just put her face in the plate and dug in. My dh thinks I am crazy but I tell him he isn't the one doing the laundry. I tell him when he takes over the laundry he can let her wear her clothes when we eat something messy.

Yeah....you're going to Disneyworld this month!!!! I drive my family crazy with "this time next year, this time next month, this time next week, to finally this time tomorrow.....I LOVE IT.....such an exciting time!!!!
