Tooth fairy disign

We are going to MNSSHP on Sept. 22nd and I am going dressed as the tooth fairy, my daughter has made me a colorful tutu and now I need a disign for a t-shirt. Could one of you wonderful disigners please make me a disign for my t-shirt ? Thank you so much for your help.
