I know this typically opens at 10am - but does it stay open in the evening?

We were hoping to go in the evening after dinner (7pm or so) - and wanted to be sure it will be open (specifically to see Judges tent/hall of fame characters)

These questions can be hard to answer, just because WDW plays around with the schedules so much, and seasons make such a big difference, so it's difficult to be definitive.

What I will say is that in April, October, and December in the past, we HAVE found Toontown open, we've riden Goofy's Barnstormer at night, and we have indeed visited the characters (including Mickey) at night (during regular evening hours, EMH, and party (MNSSHP, MVMCP) hours....
