How many character meals are too many?
This trip will be myself, my husband, our 3 yr old son (very close to 4), my mom & her husband.
This is our very first trip to Disney. So far we have
reservations for the following character meals
Breakfastosaurus (Breakfast)
Chef Mickey (Breakfast)
1900 Park Faire (Dinner)
Princess Storybook (Breakfast)
We are also going to try to get into Cinderella's Castle too. <crossing fingers for that one>
I mentioned that if we can't get into Cinderella's Castle that maybe we should try Crystal Palace instead. First how quickly does Crystal Palace fill up? If I wait a few days after my first allowed day of calling could I still get a spot?
Then the others in my party said that we should do the Crystal Palace character meal anyway (thinking maybe for a lunch or dinner)
So, let's say we do get into Cinderella's Castle, that would be a total of 6 character meals (including Crystal Palace) Is that too many? We will be there for 13 days, with two day taking off and visiting Sea World & Kennedy Space Center.
I just don't know if 6 is too many? But then I don't know which ones to omit. I REALLY want the Breakastosaurus..so that WILL stay
And of course if we get into the Castle, that will stay.
My mother really wants to go to Chef Mickey so that one will have to stay also.
Any suggestions?? Is this too much? My mom's husband theory is "we have to eat anyway"
so he said just to keep all the character meals.
I am a little worried about cutting into the park hours, but the Breakfastosaurus is at 8:10 & the Princess in Norway is at 8:30 so they are early enough not to interfere too much. Chef Mickey is at 8:30.
Sorry this is so long. Thanks for any advice.
