We have had to change our TS in the MK from LLT to Tony's because of an additional party member joining us and wanting to dine before MVMCP.

I was checking out the dinning reviews on all ears and most of them lean toward negative. Please someone out there tell me something good about Tony's.

:thumbsup2
I've been to Tony's and I found it enjoyable. We are going again this year. The house salad was wonderful and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I was indoors at a corner and I found it lovely and romantic. I hope you enjoy it too!

Besides, it's DISNEY! Nothing is ever that bad princess: !

The service is good. Other than the black and white floor, I think the restaurant is very pretty.

The food isn't really bad, it just isn't good. Very plain, traditional Italian fare.

Eating there isn't the end of the world, and you'll be able to check it off your list of places you'd like to eat. :)

We were pleasantly surprised on our last trip, the ambience was great, the service was memorable, the food was ok. I am considering a return visit, but have to fit in other old favorites, too. I think the food is what gets the negative reviews, because it really isn't anything special. It's not horrible, but I would go for the ambience, it's a lot of fun. :thumbsup2

My kids love it. They have good pizza and panninis. At dinner there is a nice tomato dip with warm bread. We got a chicken and pasta dish that was pretty good and a warm salad that was yummy. The kids can get spaghetti and meatball.I swear it was the size of a grapefruit! We have eaten inside and outside. If you time it right you can see parade from the porch. The theme is lady and the tramp.

We also have reservations there on our upcoming honeymoon. I too have been worried about the reviews, and yes I know how odd this sounds, but we are not HUGE pasta fans. We like pasta but, it's not like a right up there fav food. I made reservations there mainly because DFH likes the siamese cats from Lady and the Tramp, so I thought this would be very cute to do for him, but reading the reviews has got me tense about the reservation. I recently saw a post that had very good pics of some of the entrees, and the dessert sampler. I do have to say the menu item I was seriously considering getting just did not look appealing to me now that I have seen it and I am a bit greatful to know this ahead of time than get there and not like it. The dessert sampler the pic showed at best was Not as good looking as tons of others I have seen from pics. The cheesecake on it looked less than appealing. I am on the fence now with it, but will probably keep the reservation mainly for DFH, but not going into it expecting 4 star food. :bride: :groom:

I have never eaten there but my cousin and her kids enjoy it and have gone twice. :)

We had dinner at Tony's one week from yesterday and I loved it. I had the spagetti with sweet sausage - yummy! My DH had the steak and said it was excellent!

We thought the food was good! Service was excellent too!

I did that one evening in March, quite by accident. As a solo traveler I was seated by the railing on the porch and ended up with a wonderful view of the SpectroMagic Parade. The food was good, and the service was outstanding. I really liked the Eggplant Rotini. (But then, I really like eggplant.)

I recommend Tony's highly.

Enjoy.

We were there in May and have been many times. It has always been great for us! The atmosphere, food and service were all great. We enjoy it and will be there this Nov before MVMCP.
I say all restaurants are worth trying because just because someone here doesn't like it doesn't mean you won't like it. You have to try it for yourself.

I will also return to Tony's just before the Christmas Party, on the evening of November 28, at 6:30. Perhaps I will see y'all there.

Enjoy.
