I have read so many great things about the toast it has me wanting to try it. The only thing im not sure about is the Bananas are they whole or smashed...

I felt the same way. It's mashed in there. I was FANTASMIC! You will LOVE IT!:thumbsup2

We went in April of 2007 and they were cooked (soft) banana slices. Our bananas were not mashed (like you'd mash a banana for a baby).

Our bananas were whole but mushy around the edges

So many people love the Tonga Toast. We went there last Aug just to try it and I really am on the fence about it. It was ok...I don't think I would get it again. Try it though...you may love it.

I've only had it once, but it was really good!!! I will be trying it again this Septmeber.

Thank you... Im going to go ahead and try it.

That's great! We personally weren't fans, but I would NEVER tell anyone not to try it. It's just a personal taste thing. (OK I'd tell my sister, but it's only because we have the same tolerance level for sugar :lmao:)

you can get in from the CS too in Poly cant you, is it just as good?

does it come by itself as at Kona cant you get bacon with it?

MickiNicki, you're KILLING me!!!!

30 more day....30 more days....

I feel your pain babe....just a few more weeks and I get to go back to the Poly....I am starting to dream of Disney food again, DH says I am drooling on the pillow...:rolleyes1

It comes with either bacon or sausage at Kona. And a piece of pineapple. :)

TONGA TOAST! TONGA TOAST! TONGA TOAST!
Love it--but definitely more than enough to share. And do order bacon--need something salty to cut the sweet.
GOTTA GET ME SOME TONGA TOAST!

I am addicted to it...the funny thing is I remembered the Tonga Toast from 1985 from my very first trip to the Poly and it was just as I remembered. I miss it SOOOOOOOOOOO much! :) I had it with bacon and got it at Captain Cooks, I know they serve it at Kona too, but I used the CS meal for it instead of a TS.

DELICIOUS!!!! That picture has my mouth watering.
