The Kona Cafe in the Polynesian serves this item. It is sour dough bread stuffed with bananas, fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar.

Not exactly healthy, but it sure does taste great!

Kona Cafe and it is a delicious mix of breakfast & dessert. Thick pieces of bread with a pocket stuffed with bananas rolled in cinnamon sugar......Yummy!

Rainforest Cafe (outside AK) has it for breakfast. It's a little different from the other places. About 1 million calories and YUM!

It's not stuffed and comes with walnuts on top.

Between the tonga toast and banana stuffed french toast at Boatwrights? I have only had the Boatrights version and I couldn't imagine it being any better!

Not sure what the scoop is, but the menu dated Feb 2007 on the wdwinfo site no longer shows Tonga Toast at Captain Cooks!

We were just at Poly from Feb 1 through Feb 6 and got the tonga toast from Captain Cooks almost every morning. It was fabulous!!
