Toll free # for reservations?

My husband and I recently returned from our belated honeymoon at the CBR, and have decided to take another trip next year. Yay! However, I found on the disney web site that you can't do online bookings for 2007 yet, but you can call and speak to someone. However I don't have a good 'long distance to the US' phone plan, and I was wondering if anyone had a toll free number for anything disney? Even if it's dining or something, I can probably get the right number from them.
