Together: Dream and Fantasy

And speaking of lit up at night, here's a technical/nautical question on that subject, I don't want to do a post just for that, but when the ships are in port for a night like this, do they have electrical connection from land or are they running all the electrical from their own on board systems still?

I suppose there might be a connection for them to hook to shore power but the majority of the time they run off the onboard generators, I suspect it's less hassle and the chances for a surge or other problem might just make it easier to run off their own power. Currently the Fantasy is docked at the NCL terminal so it's unlikely they would have any facilities for such things as shore power connections.

Wish I could have been there for the horn battle!

There was not one in the morning when they first got there - it was super early. I'd guess there will be one when the Dream leaves today.

Sometimes that link isn't very accurate. Maybe the Fantasy just hasn't 'reported in' and they've removed her from the display. I think she is still in port, though.
