As long as DD6 is home with me on Thursday to watch the race, I'll be happy. She gets more excited than I do when Kyle wins.

I think he is taking 2 other guys with him. At least I know they'll be watching out for each other.

so I laid down yesterday afternoon feeling bad...and just woke up...ummm, did everyone in my house forget i was here...lol

OK...went out to shovel right in front of the garage to measure...7.5 so far. My neighbors were shoveling a path in their yard for the dog and said they had 9 there but it's more out in the open than I was. The plow already went down the street. I'm not shoveling yet!

Good morning ladies...yup, Blizzard is here. And I'm not talking about yummy ice cream treats from Dairy Queen!

I haven't even ventured out, M&N, I"m not sure how much of the white stuff we have. Its still coming down though, and is supposed to until late tonight. Even the plowers aren't keeping up. Its a heavy wet snow and its going to relentless, so why hurry?

Marie, hope you're feeling better! And if you are, find out exactly what was going on while you were resting. Either everyone was being thoughtful and letting you sleep or else they were up to something!

I just peeked outside...we're at about 6 inches, but its really gusty outside. I'm watching the morning shows and its full-on snowing in Times Square.

Lady Gaga is on there. I think her music is good enough, but watching her do interviews and reading about her, I really like her as a person. She's helpful, thoughtful, genuine. She even brought in hot cocoa for the studio audience. She's one of the biggest musicians in the business at the moment, but fairly humble and grounded. I'm impressed. And anyone who wears glitter all the time is okay with me!

Good morning! The snow has arrived but we've barely gotten any so far. It looks to be about 5 inches out there right now. It's barely snowing now and there's only a slight breeze. They are still saying that we are suppose to get at least another 7 inches during the day.
