No,
You can't "piggyback" discounts at Disney, just like most everywhere outside of Disney.
It is one discount or the other.

Also, to get TiW you must either be an Annual Passholder or a Florida Resident.

We are AP's and have decided not to pay for DDP and go with TiW.

We did this last year for the first time- skipped dxdp and purchased the TIW instead. It paid for itself in one day, and we loved that we were free to order whatever we wanted, rather than the courses on the dining plan. And the discount on alcohol really adds up too. DOn't forget to present your card if you have a before-dinner drink at the bar!
