TIW used with DDP question

We will be using the DP and TIW together in August. At some places, we will use DP for DH and I, and pay OOP for a kid's meal for DD10. If we use TIW for the kid's meal, will it add 18% to the entire check, or just the kid's meal portion? Just want to make sure we tip enough (but not double ).
Also...can we book HDD with the DP now and decide later on (after we arrive at our resort) to pay for it OOP with TIW?

Back in October, I'm pretty sure that the tip that is added when using the TiW is only added to the part of the bill covered by the TiW.

We just did the exact same thing last week. Yes..only the tip to what is being paid with TIW will be added. And yes..you can change your mind when you get to your resi

Just a heads up: I haven't booked Hoop de Doo, but it looks like there are restrictions on when you can use the TiW discount. Here's the info according to allears:

NOTE: For the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, the show times are 4, 6:15 and 8:30 p.m. From September 30, 2012 through March 7, 2013, the Tables in Wonderland discount will be offered at the 8:30pm show.
