I am truly tired of everytime I go to the site lately it is either down, malfunctioning or slow. How do you plan anything if you can never get on the site?

Judy>:(

I agree 100 percent. Who should we be complaining too? Can you imagine a big company like AmAzon having these types of IT issues?

Yes, totally agree. I just tried to log in and it said it would be back up at 12:30pm EST. :surfweb:

Ok, scratch that...just tried again and it now says "12:45pm." :confused3

ME, TOO! (I meant to shout. ) How can a company that can have functioning audio animatronics of Tiki birds and presidents not have an operating IT department???

It's because the MIT grads design the audio animatronics. :)

I'm not even getting a notice that it is down....there is just no way to log in.

I am beginning to wonder if some of the disgruntled CM's that lost their jobs placed some kind of a virus in the workings....not that I understand how these things work, but employee sabotage or hacking could be causing these problems. Because, as everyone has noted, this is a huge company and this kind of thing should not happen as often as it is. Granted, the site had its issues for a while, but now it is totally unacceptable.

It isn't down for me - and I've used it several times today, including before 7 am Eastern and just now. I have had no problems (except that what I want is sold out, LOL) since they went back to the old site.

I am using CHROME on a PC running Windows 7 over telephone company DSL.

Sorry so many of you are having trouble.

I think that they should solve these many months of aggravation by giving us a new fantastic ticket deal. $199 for four days with hopping

But of course we could not take advantage of the deal because by the time the website is fixed for us all to see it the deal would be over:thanks::butterfly

The operators at Future World could see you in the EIGHTIES!
Let's hope they don't give the next program that keeps the roller coaster from careening off the tracks to the same IT group.
