The last time we rode it a few weeks ago, my husband carried over a barf bag from Mission Space!!! He was mostly joking, but he does get somewhat queasy on it. (Ended up using the barf bag as a prop for the on-ride photo - such a dork!) Anyway, I've found for me, I don't follow what's going on the screens too much and don't try to twist my head this way and that to look at everything. Kind of just look straight ahead and enjoy the music. For me, it's the music and the ride itself that's fun, not the story line.
My dad always says he learned in the Army that a full stomach prevents seasickness, so I do also try to make sure I have something in my belly besides just liquid. Luckily, there's no shortage of delicious things to snack on at Epcot!
