Tipping

My intimate wedding at WL is coming up fast, and I'm not sure how much to tip everyone (and sometimes who even to tip). Any help is appreciated!

Hair
Makeup
Nails
Officiant
Photographer?
Musician (violinist)?
Limo Driver
Dress steamer?
Any others??

For hair, make up, and nails, I'd tip what you'd tip them at home, or maybe a little extra. I tipped for a $20 nail job $5 once, and my DH said I was insane! So maybe $5-7 for their $35 cost would be okay. No clue on the others. Though I've heard that a tip of about $20 is normal for an officiant.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Please let us know how it goes. I am considering WL for our vow renewal, as it looks very pretty and would save us about $800 by not using the wedding pavillion. Have fun!
