Has anyone seen the Fairies in Toon town yet? If so, how long did you have to wait? Any suggestions for when is the best time to go for the shortest wait? My 2 yr old LOVES Tink but Im not sure we can keep her occupied for a 2 hr wait to see her.

Has anyone been to MVMCP and seen the Fairies then? Maybe there is less of a wait if we go then?

Or first thing in the morning? We have an early ADR one day before the park opens, and then will be done just as the park opens so we should be able to walk right over there, does that sound like a good idea?

Does anyone know if they are there all the time or just at certain times, and is there a schedule?

Thanks for all your help in advance!

I was there one of the first days that it was open and the wait time said 90 minutes, we ended up waiting almost 2 hours to see Tink, Iridessa and Rosetta.

This thread ---> Fairy Warning has some info and photos!

Isn't ToonTown's rope drop at 10:00am? You should be able to get there in plenty of time.

The rope drop is at 10am. So when I got to Pixie Hollow at 9:45 and there was a 3hr wait I said forget it. I was really sad ( yes I'm a grown woman) but couldn't imagine anyone waiting 3 hrs. I would try lunch time maybe or around early dinner time.

:scared1: Three hours?

My hope is that next week at some point the wait is under an hour, otherwise, forget it!

I have also been researching this. We head for Disney in 2 weeks and I am really hoping we can find a way to see them. Here's what I have heard:

1) Not only is there a long line at rope drop, but it's a virtual stampede to get there. Yuck. I want to do it, but not that bad.

2) You used to be able to enter by the train depot and maybe get there faster. But I have heard you can no longer stop there until AFTER the stampede has already occurred.

3) Another DIS member reported that they close the line for the day at 5:30 when there is a MVMCP, and that they reopen at 7.

I am STILL hoping that someone who has been there recently will have some advice on whether there is a better time of day to try!

We'll be there 12/15, 12/16 and 12/18, and attending the party on 12/16 and 12/18. Anyone with suggestions on how traffic might be? Is this a lull before Christmas? Or is it already going to be gearing up for Christmas crowds???

Was at Toontown yesterday, about 10:10 am, the wait was 90 minutes. We didn't wait. I would have, but my dd and dniece wanted to move on to Splash and BTMRR. :lmao:

We were there yesterday also about 8:30 during the first parade and the wait was 30 minutes. We didn't wait because we wanted to see Wishes.
