timeshare rental help

I just wanted to get everyone's opinion. I found a timeshare rental off Ebay for a 1 bedroom villa at Old Key West for a Sun-Fri stay for $800 which is a great deal. The seller has great feedback and said she makes the reservation, sends me the confirmation # which I can call to confirm, and then I send full payment. Once she receives the written confirmation she will forward it to me usually within 2 wks. Does this sound ok as I've never purchased a vacation this way so I'm a little worried.

It sounds fine to me. Use a credit card if you can to protect yourself (like a paypal payment or something), but if you can confirm the reservation with Disney then you should be fine. Also confirm the reservation again before you leave to make sure it hasn't been cancelled or anything, since the member will still have control over the reservation.
