They said they don't need the times for our flight, only the flight #. But when I log into the Disney website it has times listed. Just want to make sure that we'll have transportation to our resort. Anyone else experience anything similar?
The flight numbers are sufficient. The same thing happened to us on Delta/Song flights. The CM I spoke with said the airline/flight # trigger a time flag in the DME system. This was a CM with DVC MS.
Our USAir flight times for return flight changed a couple days before we left. Website had correct dates and flight numbers but wrong times. Called DME and was told the same - don't worry as long as the correct date, airline and flight numbers are shown. Everything worked out just fine for us.
