Timekeeper open this week, but said to be closing perm. 12/31

We've never actually been able to do the Timekeeper before (always closed), but jumped on it when we saw it was open this past week. While talking to the CM he said that it would be closing permanently after 12/31.

Enjoyed the show, we actually saw it twice in two days. Kind of sad it's closing.... Dumb me, didn't think to ask if the CM knew what was going in its place.

I'm bummed if that rumor is true. We have never seen Timekeeper.

Darn! DH was saying he really wanted to see this! He claims to not care all that much about Disney, but he reads my books when I'm not around. He has mentioned the Timekeeper several times, and he was hoping to catch it in August. Hmm. Guess not!

i will be really sad if it is closed for good. we rode it the first couple of trips we went there a few years back, but every time we went lately, it was always closed. I really wanted my wife to see it in person. all i have now is the video tape i have of being in the ride which i just watched a month or so ago.

I have to agree. Sorry to those who realy liked the attraction but I always thought that it was a waste of time when compared to other Disney attractions (of course, an attraction in Disney World is always better thann an attraction outside of Disney World). I suppose I am excited to see them put something else in that place. Hopefully, the new attraction, whatever it is will be well recieved by all.
