Lesley! I'm so sorry I haven't been able to respond to each individual post. Please know I've been reading and thoroughly enjoying all of your updates!

I just had to comment on the picture of Tim and Luke holding hands. When we were wrapping up our Grand Gathering in June, we went around the room and asked everyone to share their favorite memories from the week. My father-in-law took out his iPhone, held up a picture he had taken of Matt and Tyson walking down Main Street holding hands, and he didn't say a word... the tears just started streaming down his face. Oh my gosh... such a precious, precious moment. I'm glad you were able to capture that one as well!!

Our next day was a Magic Kingdom day and I was so excited because we had Pirates League appointments for the kids.
I need to back up a bit and inform you of something I failed to mention last installment. If you saw at Animal Kingdom last time on the safari Luke’s face, he was feeling REALLY sick that afternoon. When we came back to the hotel he felt warm to me, I gave him Tylenol and he slept forever and felt o.k. that night. We were praying he’d be o.k. on the Magic Kingdom day. I noticed he wasn’t eating much at dinner last night and this morning he didn’t eat much at breakfast either but he kept saying he felt fine so off to the bus stop we headed:

We were in our Happy Place in no time, we soaked in Main Street as we headed toward the Castle and Fantasyland. I get teary eyed when looking back at these pictures because I remember watching Tim with the kids in the parks holding their teenie hands and pushing strollers when they were too tiny to walk and I’m so touched that Luke still let’s us hold his hand in the parks and I know those days are numbered so I cherish every photo of it:

Tim wanted to get fast passes to Thunder Mountain and Splash for us so he headed over there and the kids and I went to their favorites in Fantasyland. Peter Pan was first

After that great ride we went over to Lauren’s favorite, Small World:

I love watching Lauren’s face as we go through this ride!

By this point we had gotten several calls from Tim saying how light the crowds were in Frontierland and he had ridden Big Thunder Mountain several times over and over, so we headed over there to catch up with him.
On our way we had to stop for this photo:

The crowds definitely were light!

We caught up with him and rode Thunder Mountain with a short line.

After that it was my turn for MY favorite ride, Splash Mountain- this ride just makes me so happy inside!

Our ride photo, we always make fun of tim because he covers everyone’s face in the photo so Lauren and I were in the front this time and I was super careful with my hands ; )

By this time we were hungry so we went into Pecos Bill for lunch. I had to step outside for a lot of this lunch to handle a big issue with a softball team I was helping to coordinate/book a trip to Disney with (part of being a travel agent), finding a spot to talk in busy loud Magic Kingdom was very tricky but I got business handled and it was time to re join my family and enjoy the rest of our Magical Day. Luke didn’t eat much of his lunch and I could tell he was starting to fade a bit, I was praying we would make it through the Pirates League appointments.
After that fun we went to Pirates of the Caribbean and were thrilled to see only a 5 minute wait!

We had fun as always, even in the gift store on the way out!

I couldn’t leave that part of the park without my favorite Disney treat:

SOOOOOOOOOOO Happy!!!

We still had about an hour until we needed to check in for Pirates League so we decided we’d like to go to Tomorrowland to ride Buzz. On the way we enjoyed the parade (some of us more than others : )

The line for Buzz was pretty long so instead we jumped on a standby favorite: the People Mover, it never disappoints ; )

It was then time to head over to the kids appointments at Pirates League I was so excited for Lauren to be able to do the limited edition Mermaid package (so was she) and Luke was excited to try the Pirate package too, so away we went.
Again, LOVE LOVE LOVE these pics!

I’m going to have to stop there for tonight. I know it’s been a while since I updated so I’d rather do a partial than not at all. I promise to get the rest of this installment out quickly, there are just SO many details to the appointments and of our dinner at Jiko and other things that went on this night that this installment would be WAY too long to do at once. So…..stay tuned, I hope you enjoyed this part of our trip!

Great update!!! Wow...you got a lot done for a summer morning! Splash Mountain is my fav too! Can't wait to see all about pirates league...I didn't even know they did a mermaid!!! How cool1!

It is such a beautiful shop! We will be back on in February, I won a cruise for being top sales agent with my travel agency so I'm THRILLED!!! My parents are going too so that should be extra fun! Yes, she is growing up TOO fast!! : (

Great updates! I hope Luke lasts through his appointment, I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. I have wanted to do that for Henry too, but just haven't booked it yet.

Concierge at AKL looks amazing! We had it booked once, but we had to cancel that trip. I'm sure it made someone very happy, the dates were over this past NYE!! (so INCREDIBLY expensive in points!) I hope to book it again sometime. I'd be right there with you in the lounge eating those chocolate covered strawberries.
