Poor Luke.. We have been there. We have had to make 2 trips to stat care for ear infections.
We did Pirate League a couple years ago and my youngest got the same one as Luke. It looked fantastic but it was AWFUL to get off. He had eyeliner on the rest of the trip. Plus it stained our bath tub and made a greesy film. Fortunately we were not staying DVC this trip and housekeeping cleaned it that same day. Note to self don't wash it off in the bath tub..
That stinks about the ear infections. Yes, it took FOREVER to get it off and stay tuned for Luke's pics because the eye liner didn't come off ; )

That's always my biggest fear while at WDW....someone getting sick. I always give mega doses of probiotics and Vitamin C before and while at WDW!!
I sure hope he was feeling better in the morning!!! Both their makeovers look AWESOME!!!
Bummer about Jiko Never been...how would you compare to Le Cellier?
It does stink having sick kids at WDW, happens to us a lot unfortunately based on our history. Glad you enjoyed the pics. We loved LeCellier better than Jiko this trip.

Oh no, poor Luke. Sure hope he got to feeling better. Jeremy wasn't feeling well at AKL either. We later figured out that there was an air vent right over the sleeper sofa and it blowed cold air on him all night. We will know better the next time.

I hope he got plenty of compliments for his pirate look while still at the park and at your Jiko dinner! And what a huge bummer on that dinner. I am glad that they at least made an effort to apologize by adding back some dinner credits! Crossing my fingers that Luke wakes up feeling much better the next morning.
Doctors seriously amaze me. It is not as if you were trying to get narcotics over the phone!! I just had an issue with mine last week...I had a stomach virus AND a resp infection, saw him and he didn't give me antibiotic b/c he said it would upset my stomach. So TWO days later my stomach is fine and my infection got much worse. I call and leave a message with the nurse, asking if he can call me in an antibiotic. She called me back and said I'd have to come in. OMG! I just saw him 2 days ago! I paid him THEN and he really did nothing for me. (gave me stomach meds which I already had)
He did get some comments on his outfit at Jiko so that was good. I know, I couldn't believe his doctor wouldn't help us out.
The kids' makeovers look amazing! If you look back in your pictures, it does look like that strange lady is sneaking a photo of Luke. lol!
I'm sorry that he got sick. I really hope the Tylenol worked!

Aw so sorry to hear Luke was not feeling well. The makeovers were wonderful though. He looked so cool & Lauren looked great also.
Too bad about Jiko. We have not tried it there yet. We do go for Boma so that is our usual dining place at AKL. Wow concierge looks amazing. Maybe someday.
I wonder why Luke's doctor did not want to call anything in? Maybe without seeing him she did not want to?? I hope he gets feeling better quickly.

Sorry, life has been CRAZY!
Just found your TR..I am always late!! I hope Luke recovered. My son (2 at the time) got a stomach bug on the last night of one our trips. We didn't know whether to brave the 2.5 hour flight home. We did, he puked one last time before getting on Magical Express, and slept the whole flight. Then this past May my DD (also 2) got some form of heat stroke. VERY high fever but it passed with rest after 12 hrs. Very stressful to have sick kids in Disney!! Looking fwd to more
