Tim and Lesley Year of Million Compromises/TONS pics- 8/5 help me pg. 164!!!

I love your trip report, can't wait for the new installment. Its getting me excited about our upcoming trip. My husband likes it once he is there but I wish he was excited as much as your hubby..:cheer2:
So glad you are enjoying it, give your husband some time, it took Tim a couple trips to feel this way!

Wow-- reading your reports always make me smile! I going to get my sister-in-law to read your report. She also has a boy and girl near your kids ages. This will be a wonderful way for her to see how to do Disney with just the 4 of them!!:goodvibes :woohoo:

Shannon
So glad I can make you smile! :goodvibes

Aagh! I can't take it...the anticipation is killing me!!! I can't wait to find out what wish was granted for y'all!
I will work on it soon, PROMISE!!!

Can't wait to read about the big dream!
Soon my friend, soon!
Lesley

Awesome... TR.....TFS
Thanks:flower3:

I loved that installments. It seemed like the perfect day for all of you. All of the pictures were great. I love the one of Lauren making herself comfy on the stuffed animals. I can't wait to find out the wish you were granted.
Glad you are enjoying it, yes, another perfect day, we didn't have a bad one, hard to believe I know!
Lesley

Sounds like you had an awesome day!! :goodvibes
I'm looking forward to hearing about your first dream... What could it be?! :scratchin
It sure was, dream reporting coming soon!

Sounds like you had an awesome Epcot day! Don't you love when the characters are so great like Mary Poppins? I love the part about Lauren giving up and kicking her coconut around the restaurant! :lmao:

This may sound a little strange, but is it a pretty easy walk from Soarin' to Test Track and back? I'm trying to figure out timing for things like that for October.

Thanks for a great TR!
I just love the characters who give good interaction, we had more of them this trip than ever! That was funny when Lauren gave up and kicked her coconut, wish I had video of it. Actually it is a bit of a hike between Soarin' and Test Track that is why I did the running and the kids and Tim hit living with the land, I find if one of us does the running it's easier, and actually it's kinda nice just taking a stroll and looking around without pushing a stroller, I kinda enjoy it.
Lesley

What a GREAT DAY! The pictures you have taken are priceless! I can't wait to hear and see more!
Glad you are enjoying the pics

What a great Epcot day! I miss Epcot, I def think it's my fav park, i feel the same way about it as you described. I def have to check out that hidden character spot! Great tip! So was the desert at Ohana the only one offered? And did you get any pineapple bread? I hear great things about that bread and we didn't get any on our last trip, i wonder what happened to it? I can't wait to find out what you guys were granted! Great TR-ing!!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
Epcot is a fun park, that's for sure! The desert WAS the only one offered at OHana's.
Lesley

Lesley, it sounds like your family had another perfect day in "The World". Its great that Lauren is tall enough to ride with you guys this year. When we went in January the CMs measured my 3 1/2 year old son on every ride; it was really strange because on the first 2 days he rode test track several times as well as soarin', and tower of terror then on the 3rd day all of the CMs said he wasnt tall enough (he had on the same shoes) It really was debatable on weather he was tall enough but we didn't push it he was just glad he got to ride on the first 2 days. Hopefully we don't have that problem in Sept.
I just cant wait to try O'hana's I have heard so many wonderful things about it. This kids look like they are having a great time there.
I hope you get to see Wishes later in the trip. Cant wait to hear about the wish. :wizard:
It was wonderful to have Lauren with us this year on the rides. You know, that's funny about TOT, I'll get to that in tomorrows report but that is the only one Lauren almost didn't measure up on, I think the one there is a little taller!
Lesley
3 great days in a row! I love your writing, and definately all of the pictures. Can't wait for tomorrow's installment!
Glad you are enjoying it!!!

Sounds like a perfectly excellent Epcot Day. Thanks for the tip on the Pooh and Eeyore interaction. I like when you said how Epcot is your new favorite park and you can ride cool rides one minute and go over to WS in the next. That is why Epcot is my favorite park too. Also thanks for the tip on where to get the CARS cars. :thumbsup2 Cant wait to hear more. BTW we love 'Ohana too!! *mental note try the backscratcher* Cant wait to read more.
It was a perfectly excellent Epcot day, well said! You're welcome on the Pooh/Eyore, it really surprised me and I bet not many know it is there. For the CARS just ask a CM for a specific type, when we did that they would go back and look and they almost always had the newer ones in the back.
Lesley

We saw the same show in the UK Pavillion at Epcot too. It was HYSTERICAL!! They picked people from the audience and the people they choose really got into it.

Last time I was there I feel in love with Epcot too. I really like WS, I think it is really relaxing and a slower pace than the other parks.

Great TR, can't wait to read more! :)
That is a funny show, the guy they picked was hysterical! I love Epcot because you aren't shoulder to shoulder with everyone, definitely a more laid back enjoyable touring experience!
Lesley

We are less then 50 days now and your TR is making me more excited!!

Can't wait for more!:woohoo:
50 days, how cool:cool1:
Lesley

Great installment....I can't wait to hear what your 1st wish that was granted is...I have been waiting since you hinted at it in the pre trip report!!!
It's coming soon!!!!
Lesley

Such a fantastic report! Your kids are adorable! :goodvibes

I can't wait to hear about the wish! :wizard:
Thanks so much!
Lesley

I'm so excited to read your report!! And I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one getting all teared-up!! I just thought it was hormones. I almost have to grab a box of tissues before I ready your TR :rotfl:. Tim is so sweet and your kids are adorable!!!
-nat
Nat;
So glad you are enjoying it an experiencing a range of emmotions. MORE IMPORTANTLY CONGRATULATIONS!!! When I saw your post I was moved to tears, I experienced your miscarriage I felt right along with you during your TR and am SOOOOOOOOOOO thrilled for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lesley
I am enjoying your TR so much! You are a wonderful writer and the pictures just add so much to your trip report! Quick question -- are you on the dining plan? If so, you are also buying food out of pocket or is everything you are eating covered with the plan? Keep it coming!
Thank you so very much. Yes, we were on the dining plan, everything pictured was included we did pay out of pocket for snacks here and there, but everything shown in pics is included, LOVE LOVE LOVE the dining plan, won't go without it!
Lesley

Lesley, Your report is so good. Thanks for doing it. And now I see, Tim is so good to you because you are so great to him!! You guys are a wonderful pair together. You remind me alot of DH & myself. Now tell me, what exactly is a Yard?
We are good to eachother, definitely mutual, it's what keeps it going. The Yard (half yard I guess is what Tim had actually) is a HUGE thing of beer, and it is given it's title because that is how long the glass is, you choose the type of beer that goes inside.
Lesley
Your TR is the absolute best one I have ever read! I have been reading it since you started the Pre trip and so excited to see the end result! My husband came home today and said, "Did Tim and Lesley post Day 3 yet?" He loves your report just as much as I do.

We were thinking about doing an adults only trip too for an anniversary but I just know how much the kids love WDW and I love to do it with them. Therefore, we are definitely going to take them. I know they grow up fast and there will be a time that they don't want to come with us. We can do adults only then. Since Lauren will be 4, you should take advantage of the Disney Kids Club. That way you can put them in there once or twice on your trip and you and Tim enjoy dinner and some parks by yourself! Just a suggestion!!

Also- we are DVC members. Just joined last trip! If you go to Disney as much as you guys do, you should atleast look into it! It is easier to finance than you think and it does pay for itself after a few trips. I wish we had done it sooner!

Keep up the great work. I just love your kids....so precious!
First of all, THANK YOU SO MUCH, your comments mean so much and I truly appreciate them. I HIGHLY appreciate your suggestion about taking the kids with us, we've been bouncing ideas back and forth like crazy and are leaning towards taking them for the exact reason you mentioned. I didn't even think about the kids club idea with Lauren being 4 THAT COULD WORK, thanks for the suggestion. We've looked into DVC, right now we just couldn't swing the monthly payment, our trips are usually made with tax refund money each year so that is how we swing it, but it is definitely our dream to buy in at some point.
Lesley

Lesley I know what you mean about loving EP, MK is such a magical place but there is so much to do and see, when we go to EP I feel more relaxed I love soarin and test track not so crazy about mission space. Did you ever get on Mission space? It's so nice strolling around the world showcase watching shows popping in and out of stores, taking pictures not having to rush and wait on lines, maybe it's an age thing :lmao: My favorite picture of your kids is when they were in the car on the way to the airport with their faces beeming at 5:00 am. Did you find Ohana's to be chaotic (not sure I spelled it right) I've read that sitting by the fire pit is a great seat to have but I'm afraid my DS16 who is autistic may be a little overwhelmed but I also don't want to sit off in a corner somewhere and miss everything. Linda
Yes! It is just so relaxed. We didn't make it to Mission Space that day, still have the FP's actually. I know, that pic of them in the car is one of my favorites too! As for OHana's we had a seat by the window on the Magic Kingdom side and it wasn't close to the grill and back far enough away from the action that your DS 16 should be fine, I'm a special ed. teacher by the way.

I don't know if I can wait untill Monday to hear about your Dream. Can't you take your computer with you:) :) :)

I just love the timeliness of your trip report. It moves on at an awesome pace. Not like some others I have read that just seem to go on and on and not finish. My wife and I ate at O Hana's on our honeymoon and loved it also. We had a Don Ho wanna be as our entertainment. He was good and made my wife and I dance together as he sang "I Can't Help Falling in Love with you" to us. He even let me sing a verse since I am a big Elvis fan. You didn't mention the Bread pudding dessert at O hanas. I wanted to lick the plate it was so good. But my wife wouldn't let me

Another great day! Thanks so much for sharin :)

I must say, I can tell what a great time you guys had from your pictures - there is joy in everyone's eyes.

Can't wait for the rest.

I absolutely LOVED your trip reports and pictures. It really made me feel like I was there. Your kids are soo cute :goodvibes

Can't wait to hear more!!!

Lesley....I'm TOTALLY enjoying your TR so far. With all the excitment that was built up during your Pre-TR....I think we're all feeling like we were right there with you as you were getting things ready....and now we've got to live the trip through your eyes and your TR...so keep it comming :thumbsup2

Way back in the TR you mentioned your crocs gave you a blister where the strap came across. I was just at the store last week trying to decide on getting that style (the Cleo's wasn't it)....but decided I'd wait and see how yours worked for you. I was worried about the strap. I wear the Cayman Crocs at work and LOVE LOVE LOVE them....and had decided I'd go for croc wearing at the world this year as well...but didn't know which ones to go for. I don't like the confined feeling or the thought of how hot the Cayman or Beach will be in Sept so I was leaning towards the flip flops or the Cleos...After hearing your report I'm thinkig maybe the Caymans will be the way to go.

WOW...Tim did GREAT. Your necklace is sooooo CUTE and the strawberries YUMM :goodvibes I LOVE dipped strawberries...and those ones looked fantastic!!! The whole thing about going down main street and what Tim said...brought tears to eyes. And the whole dinner with the diver and sign...WAY TO GO TIM;)

You know Lesley...I can't believe your wake up calls and the time you all get out the door...you guys are FAST. I think I need some good tips on how I can get my group up and out the door in such a short time;)

Anyways...I can't wait to hear more. I'll be keeping an eye on your thread. Have fun camping. :thumbsup2

Hi Lesley

It's really exciting to read about all the fun you had. Epcot is a park that we have only been to for 1 day among our many trips. It wasn't as appealing as the others when we used to go with the kids ages 4 and 1, and last year (which was our first trip since then) I felt that we didn't have time to include it. This year we are going to explore it thoroughly! Soarin, Test Track, Turtle Talk all sound like they will be favorites and I think the kids are old enough to enjoy the World Showcase.

Looking forward to reading more and finding out about the dream!

Day 4:
MGM day / Father’s Day/Wish Day:
I got a 7:15 wake up call and headed to Floatworks foodcourt to get a Father’s Day Breakfst for Tim and breakfast for the kdis and I I headed back to the room and woke everyone up and gave Tim his Father’s Day Gift. Tim is a HUGE Yankee fan, he has 3 friends he grew up with (all in his wedding, best friends for life, that kind of friendship) one of them lives here locally and has a new baby so we see them but not as much as we’d like to and his other friend lives in Detroit. Well I had arranged a “guys weekend” for them in Detroit at his friends house (his wife will probably be out of town that weekend) and bought them 3 good seats for the Yankee/Detroit Tigers game, Tim was excited. We then headed to MGM for Star Wars Weekends. I had an indication of how crowded the park was going to be this day because our bus was FULL at French Quarter on this day with a TON of kids with light sabers, tons of happy dads, a FULL bus ready for a Father’s Day at MGM for Star Wars Weekend. As always with Star Wars Weekends (we’ve been fortunate enough to see it 3 years in a row) it was cool from the start. For those of you who have never been, you are met with these guys interacting, pointing at you and shooting at one another on the roof – VERY cool:
Photo28Small.jpg

Our game plan was (I had hear this on TGM forums and here on the boards) for Tim and Luke to run to the Star Wars area in front of Indiana Jones to sign Luke up to be in the parade. I had been told that the first 30 kids and their parents to do this would be given Jedi robes/ make up and a light saber and they would be able to be in the parade, I was also told they could keep the light saber, we were excited about this opportunity. So our plan was for Luke and Tim to do that and Lauren and I to go and grab Rockin’Roller Coaster FP’s and then head to the first Playhouse Disney Show. Well after seeing the crowds Tim wasn’t so sure about the parade, he was basically fighting me on it thinking it wasn’t a good idea. Here is maybe why he was thinking that, look at the crowds:
Photo30Small.jpg

Well, anyway, I convinced him just to give it a try, he thought we were wasting valuable morning time in the parks. I assured him Lauren and I would handle getting the FP’s, told him to hit the Great Movie ride with Luke (since he wanted to do this still and has never experienced it and Luke didn’t want to go to the Playhouse Disney show) and then we’d meet up after. So we get through the gates, and are in the crowds pictured above. Tim and Luke broke free towards the front so they could sprint, Lauren and I grabbed a stroller and waited among the crowds. This guy was on the roof entertaining us and talking with the crowds:
Photo29Small.jpg

He was hilarious. He kept telling people what to do to get signatures and kept saying “don’t be a Jar Jar Binx . . .”Mi Sa confused.. . . : )” etc. Then out of no where he said “I’m NOT WEARING ANY PANTS” we all laughed and then he said “good just checking to see if you were paying any attention. He was really funny.
Well, the masses started charging at rope drop, Lauren and I headed with the herd towards Rockin’ Roller Coaster. My heart SANK when the CM’s were telling everyone RR was closed (had been for the past 2 days they said and didn’t anticipate it opening this day). I was HEARTBROKEN, I absolutely love this ride, it is one of the things I most look forward to. Oh well, picked myself up and headed to get TOT FP’s, got those with a 9:50 return time. Lauren and I headed to Playhouse Disney, on the way there I got a call from a disgusted Tim who sounded so put out saying they don’t do that with the parade, it is randomly selected and how he totally had wasted time that morning. OH WELL, at least we tried (not sure if he saw it that way but I digress).
Lauren and I got in the Playhouse Disney line for the first show. Moments later my cell rang from an ELATED Tim and he was screaming “WE JUST GOT HIT BY THE DREAM TEAM- GOT DREAM FAST PASSES, GOTTA GO”. I have never heard Tim happier. Of course I was on cloud nine myself and said to Lauren “daddy and Luke just got dream fast passes on the great movie ride!!!” there was a couple behind me listening asking how they work, etc. I told them I didn’t know. Anyway, I was thrilled, anxiously awaiting hearing from Tim again.
Lauren and I headed inside, here are pics of her enjoying the show:
Photo33Small.jpg

Shot of Bear for you:
Photo32Small.jpg

Pic of me and Lauren inside:
Photo31Small.jpg

As the show was going on I was texting with Tim, I asked him “Are they good for this park only” he texted back “this park only” I texted “today only?” and he said “yes”
Then he got me really mad when he texted me and said “Sorry about your luck” , o.k. up until this point I was supportive and happy for him, but this comment ticked me off.
After the show got out and headed to the Power Ranger area to meet Tim and Luke. When I saw him with the Dream Fast Pass around his neck I was estatic and said “well, congratulations, HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO YOU”. So then I said “let me see it”. O.K. guys this is when I get a LITTLE cranky. He was quite rude and turned his back onme and said “no this is mine” OH BABY was I hot and fired up now. I said “TIM, YOU KNOW THIS HAS BEEN MY DREAM AND HOW DARE YOU NOT LET ME EVEN LOOK AT IT” then my LOVELY husband said “oh, well then I guess I should give you your own then” and out he whipped A FAST PASS FOR ME AND ONE FOR LAUREN TOO!!!!! All was instantly forgiven and I was on cloud nine. Here we all are with our Dream Fast Passes on:
Photo36Small.jpg

The fast pass basically had a tab on it for every ride/attraction/show that you can Fast
Pass in the park.

Photo45Small.jpg

You can use it for each ride one time that day only. So right then and there we decided we were staying in the park as long as it took to take advantage of these we were sooooo thrilled.
O.K., I’m gonna pause here for a minute and pass the keyboard to Tim so he can type his side of the story of how the dream went down: Ok, so we’re in our seats for the Great Movie Ride and Luke and I are wondering what the hold up is when from behind the pillars out pops the Dream Squad. Instantly, I yell “woo hoo”, but I’m the only one who knew what was going on, HELLO PEOPLE OF EARTH….do you not know the Dream Squad??!!!??? Anyway I yell “WOO HOO” and the lady on the Dream Squad says, “your right WOO HOO”. She says, “we’re from the Dream Squad and you have all won Dream Fast Passes”. We all get them and she starts to walk away, when in my head I picture Lesley not having one. I quickly yell to the lady, “can I please have one for my wife and my little 3 year old daughter?” She thinks about,it I pull a gun and long story short….we all got Dream Fastpasses. : ) Then they disappeared into the night like a Dream that never happened. O.K. back to Lesley:
Alright, so where was I.. . . so we had the CM take a picture of all of us with our Dream Fast Passes on. We wanted to see both Lightning McQueen and Mater but Luke also really wanted to see the Red Ranger this year and the problem with that is they line up at the same time. So I convinced Tim to go next to Lightning and see him that way quickly without standing in line, he was fine with that, here is the pic:
Photo35Small.jpg

So Luke is happy and I have Tim run and get in line with Lauren for her favorite, the pink ranger, I give him the camera since Lauren is first in her line. Here is the pic they snapped: I love this one:
Photo38Small.jpg

By this point Luke and I were next for the Red Ranger, I yelled to Tim and he and Lauren came sprinting over camera in hand and we got these shots of the Red Ranger:
Photo39Small.jpg

Photo40Small.jpg

Then we ran to get in the yellow ranger line, we hadn’t seen her before either:
Photo41Small.jpg

Then as we were finishing up the Green Ranger (Luke’s ABSOLUTE favorite) appeared out of no where and without hesitation Luke went sprinting in his direction and we got this pic:
Photo42Small.jpg

Then in a blink of an eye (they really do come and go fast and you have to be in line before they arrive) the Power Rangers were gone:
Photo37Small.jpg

So, after this is over we decide to take advantage of our Dream Fastpasses, I was so upset Rockin’ Roller Coaster was shut down but we headed to TOT (we used Dream FP’s so we could save our TOT FP’s to use on our next MGM day)
Photo43Small.jpg

I can’t believe we got Lauren on this ride and that she loved it. We explained in detail to her what would happen, that it would get dark but we would be right there. I will NEVER forget the look on her face during that first drop. PRICELESS shear joy/fear/curiosity, it was awesome, she laughed the rest of the ride as we rose and fell and her little legs went flying at every drop. We all had a GREAT ride, gotta love TOT.

After the ride we took a much needed ice cream break:
Photo44Small.jpg

After the ice cream settled we headed to Star Tours and used our Dream Fast Passes again, SUCH an amazing feeling, we were on cloud 9:
Photo46Small.jpg

Then we had lunch at the ABC Commissary, I have to say this was absolutely the most disgusting meal of our trip. Tim couldn’t even finish his gross burger, my noodles I got were dry and horrible and the chocolate mousse desert was freezer burnt. Here is Luke trying to make us laugh during the horrible meal by having his grape talk to us about how horrible the food was (he is his dad’s son):
Photo47Small.jpg

At this point we are trying to get a game plan together of what we want to see. We had different ideas of what we wanted to see so here came yet again another compromise. Tim wanted to see Indiana Jones again, I really could have taken or left it again since we just saw it the other day and I wanted to see the Little Mermaid show again so we split up. Tim and Luke hit Indiana Jones with their Dream FP’s and Lauren and I hit Little Mermaid with our Dream FP’s, again so cool wearing them and using them, I couldn’t believe it.
After Little Mermaid Lauren and I had time before Tim and Luke would get out of Indy so we went to the Muppets 3-D show, here is Lauren in front of the fountain:
Photo48Small.jpg

As always it was a great show and Lauren really enjoyed it, I love how she would reach out trying to grab all of the 3D images as if they are right there, so precious.
After this I called Tim and we decided to meet by the Backlot Tour, as I was standing there this larger than life guy went past us:
Photo49Small.jpg

Soooo cool, he was HUGE! Lauren was freaked out by him: )
The backlot tour was cute, although there was this couple who didn’t speak English and the lady had told them to sit in the row in front of us but instead they got in our back car and we were stuck with them SHOVED in the back with no room and Lauren had to sit on my lap, made for an uncomfortable ride – oh well.
Here are some pics from it:
Photo53Small.jpg

Photo54Small.jpg

Photo55Small.jpg

After the backlot tour we headed to use our Dream FP’s once again at the Stunt Motor Action Car show, Luke was thrilled to see it as we missed it last year, here is an excited Luke before the show:
Photo58Small.jpg

Tim took this for everyone and told me to title it “Please everyone move all the way down and fill in all available space” what you hear constantly at Disney:
Photo61Small.jpg

Luke and I before the show (we had time to kill as everyone moved down and spilled in all available space : )
Photo62Small.jpg

I took this picture of Tim and Lauren that I love as they joked around before the show:
Photo63Small.jpg

Then the show began, all I can saw is WOW, this show really is amazing, such fun, we were all really into it, I highly recommend this show if you haven’t seen it, VERY cool! The pictures don’t do it justice at all but here are a few:
Photo64Small.jpg

Photo66Small.jpg

By this time it was close to 3:00 and we were all very hot and exhausted, Lauren was SUPER whiney and kept saying she wanted water, even though she was holding one, it was one of those moments where everyone is at their breaking point and one of those moments I’m hoping no one sees us pass as the kids are screaming, Tim poured water on Lauren to cool her down which just escalated the screaming, it wasn’t pretty. THANK GOD we passed this:
Photo67Small.jpg

We ALL had a good time getting soaked and cooled off in the water and had a great time. So that little bit of water was all we needed to put smiles back on our faces, remember we were in Disney and were having the time of our lives – I think we all have those breaking points in the heat at one time or another, this was ours.
We headed to the bus stop and had a good ride back to POFQ. I took some more hotel pics on our walk back to the room:
I just love these pretty trees, this hotel is just SOOOOO beautiful:
Photo68Small.jpg

Here are Tim and Luke walking back to the room:
Photo69Small.jpg

Never, I mean NEVER ask Tim to pose by a pole : )
Photo71Small.jpg

Here is a pic from outside of our door, it shows the gate that leads down to the river, I have beautiful pics of the river area later, SOOOO beautiful:
Photo72Small.jpg

Here are the kids and Tim heading into the room ( a few of you picked up on this earlier in the TR, it was kinda our hidden Mickey, I posted this on day 1, see the Dream FP’s around Tim’s neck – sneaky huh??):

Photo73Small.jpg

We went inside and saw this cute surprise from mousekeeping:
Photo74Small.jpg

Tim took this picture of me completely sweaty yet excited with the Dream FP’s:
Photo76Small.jpg

Here is another close up of them for you:
Photo75Small.jpg

The kids and I took a much needed nap, Tim hit the arcade (and posted on the Disboards to tease each of you about winning a dream).
I will end there, to come, our money dilemma, Contemporary Steakhouse Father’s Day dinner and a DTD night – we experience the boat from DTD to POFQ for first time, STAY TUNED!!!!

How awesome was that. Dream Fastpasses. Thank you for sneaking that post in. Have fun on your camping trip. That will hold me over until Monday.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

He so sound like my husband would- rubbing it in your face that he got a Dream Fast Pass... the DIS planner queen who dreamed of a Dream Squad Visit (we all do)! So glad you and Lauren got one too! That is really awesome! Loving both reports today- boy you are working hard!

Lauren loved Tower of Terror-:cool1: :cool1:
I need Lauren to get my Hannah ready for it. I had thought she was a "no" but she loved the part of the behind the scene on the Travel Channel. Who knows!

Also- Lesley I saw at Epcot you used a Vera Bradley backpack- was that all you took? I need to know what you take each day to the parks!

This report is wonderful- thanks so much for sharing!

i know, I was ready to kill him. Just be honest with Hannah and tell her what it is about, I related it to Plankton's Plunge at KI with Lauren, just darker and faster and she was fine with that. I did just carry the Vera Bradly but also another small striped bag with bottled water and poncho's I would put that on top of the stroller so the stripes would stand out amung the SEA of strollers. The Vera worked out good for the kids lanyards, cell phone, tickets, autograph book, and camera.
Lesley

OMG!! Those pics of the stormtroopers and Darth Vader are awesome! I showed DH and he was all smiles. Love the "I'm not wearing any pants" comment.

That pic of Tim on the pole is hilarious! :rotfl:

How cool that Tim & Luke won the dream fastpasses!

:thumbsup2

Dream Fast Passes!!!!

DD5 has not been on TOT and we are trying to decide if she can do it in September. She is scared of the dark...what are your thoughts??:confused3

Awesome report!!! KEEP IT UP!

What a very cool dream!!!!! If we could only be so lucky. I would have killed my husband for doing that to me. You must be a very nice person. :rotfl: I cant believe Lauren got on TOT! She is an awesome kiddo. My little man will only be 35 months (almost 3) so all the cool stuff is a no go until next year probably. But you have given me hope for next year. LOL.
