How far in advance do I need to book Tiffany Towncar? My trip is one month away.

My trip is 3 weeks away and I just booked them 2 days ago and received my confirmation letter yesterday. You don't have to put down a deposit or anything, just make the reservation online. They ask in the confirmation to call 24 hours prior to reconfirm. This will be my third time using them and have booked online each time.
