Just wanted to give a positive vote for anyone thinking of using Tiffany Towncar. We used them both ways recently for our party of 6 (van). When I booked this service the man in the office couldn't have been nicer! Our driver was Renata and she couldn't have been more pleasant. She was full of smiles for us when we got to the baggage claim area and despite there being plenty of strong adults in our group she insisted on grabbing bags for someone LOL. She had everything loaded into our van and we were on our way so fast! She made quick time to our hotel . She was happy to talk during our trip and was so pleasant! The day before our return I called just to confirm and got the same guy in the office, in the same happy mood. Renata was our driver again for our return and, again was all smiles, asked how our trip was and again handled all our bags (despite the protests from the guys lol).
Also, my brother and his fiancee flew in midway during our trip and they also used their towncar service. They had a very similiar experience.
So I know they're not really known outside of the DIS community, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We only use Tiffany, DH insists and he is NOT using DME. Lately we have had, Waseem, Mark and Steve as our drivers. All were very nice. I have called at times to book and had to leave a message...they did return my call later. I also sent an email a while back with a question and they responded in 24 hours. THey could be having an issue with their computer. I would just call. The guy is always very nice a pleasant and even chats about trips when he sees our history with the company. They have also been very accommadating with flight changes last minute.
