Tiffany email responses

Has anyone had problems getting a response via email from Tiffany Towncar? I sent them two emails last week for changes in our arrival and departure times, but never received a response. In the past, they have always been prompt when responding to emails.

I had the same experience when I needed to change the resorts we were being picked up from...I think that because their website says to call if you have any changes the e-mails get lost in the shuffle, that my take on it any way.
They have a toll free number on the website, I would just give them a call.
 
Call the 800 number!! I used TTC in February and they were having trouble with e-mail. I don't know if its computer problems or personnell problems but I will say we had the same excellent service as always.

Give them a call and make sure they have your updated information. Have a great trip.

Is it safe to book Tiffany's using an email? I read in a post that at least it gives you a record of your request (grocery stop, etc.) If you call, they can always say no grocery stop was requested.
 
I have always used the website and filled out the form for my reservations. I always got a response back with confirmation as well as a confirmation number.

About a week ahead or if my plans change I send another e-mail to confirm the pickup and the grocery stop. FWIW I always got a response back although my Feb response was a bit slower than in the past - I did get one though.

The woman who runs the office "Deb" explained and apologized saying there were problems with the website and or e-mail.

You could always try filling out the on-line form and see what you get, if you do have to call its an 800 number and usually answered 24/7. Remember to print out hte $5.00 online coupon!

Can someone tell me where the grocery stop is printing on the e mail confirmation that I printed out. I wrote it in the request box but dont see it on their confirmation to me. I really need the stop this time since we arent getting the mugs. I usually call on the phone and I think I too might also call to reconfirm everything just in case later on closer to departure.
