You may have been able to arrange something when they made the tye die cheesecake like this:

But now it looks like this:

You can always try and call the POP Cake Hotline is 407-938-3070 and see if they can make something for you![]()
Well that's depressing...I was so looking forward to my cheesecake on my arrival day. Thought it probably tastes the same, it's just not the same at all

It doesn't even taste the same
There is only a tiny bit of red velvet cake in the bottom.
If they would have made the bottom layer of red velvet cake at least an inch+ thick across the entire bottom of the desert it may have been better but the red velvet cake is only a spot on the bottom in the middle about the size of a half dollar. Anything you eat around the edges has no red velvet cake at all.
Wait, red velvet cake? What the heck is red velvet cake doing in something that's supposed to be cheesecake??
You can make it yourself. It isn't that hard just uses a lot of bowls to do all the colors. I have made it several times for my kids birthday parties when my mom made the main cake and it got rave reviews.
Yes, at home, but tie-dye cheesecake is our traditional first night treat when staying at POP, and I sure can't make it there! The original was real cheesecake, on top of a red velvet cake layer. My guess is that the "new" version is a no-bake cheesecake, being in that plastic cup and all. Sigh We don't enjoy the counter-service chocolate-abomination-in-a-cup with brown glue frosting, and we especially do not like the counter-service fake karrit cake in a cup with questionable frosting
, so I am 99% sure we aren't going to like the fit-to-be-tied-dye cheesecake in a cup, either.

Clearly you haven't ever had the original version of the famous POP century tye dye cheesecake

That layer at the bottom of this previously luscious desert is red velvet cake topped with multi-colored (tye dye) cheesecake giving it it's truly delicious flavor
Now it is just a blob of yuk that looks like play-doh and taste just as bad

No, but I'm glad I didn't. Cheesecake is not supposed to have CAKE under it. Cheesecake and cake are two things not meant to be mixed!
OH MY, you don't know what you are missing!
If you have a Cheesecake Factory anywhere close to you, they have a Red Velvet Cheesecake, it is layers of cheesecake and red velvet cake and it is amazing!

I live less than a mile from the original Juniors. I don't *do* Cheesecake Factory. LOL.
(And yes, sadly because of people think Cheesecake Factory's stuff is the "right way" Juniors makes layer cakes like that...but I've only ever seen tourists get it. Those of us who live here get CHEESECAKE.![]()
