Tickets question: purchasing for others?

How does it work when a pass is purchased by one person for another person?

Person A would use their credit card on-line but entitlements would be for Person B?

I assume both Person A and Person B present at the ticket booth to pick up the ticket and then after that, Person B is good to go. And that once they have ticket numbers, it can be assigned ahead of time to Person B's account so that they can proceed with booking FP+ when their window opens? Is this accurate?

If you're buying them on MDE you'll just link the ticket to the proper person at purchase. The physical tickets will come in the mail later.
