Tickets and Dining plan question?

I've been looking at booking with Complete Orlando however when i look at adding tickets to a package with Hotel and Dining plan there is a side not which says:

"NB: If booking in conjunction with a dining plan, tickets will be on your room reservation (hard tickets not available with dining)."

I don't really understand what this means :confused3

Before I go to the trouble of getting in touch with Complete Orlando and sounding like an idiot :/ Can anyone shed any light on what that means? Or does anyone have any experience with Complete Orlando and can explain this?

Many thanks in advance :thumbsup2

Disclaimer: I have no idea about that company or what they may be offering.

A Disney package is room + tickets (and dining plan or not). You don't get separate tickets in a package, but you receive them as part of your Key to the World card when you check-in. That card is your room key, tickets, dining plan credits, and charging if you choose to allow that.

Thank you! I thought it may be something like that but as I've never stayed on property before I wasn't sure if it was something to do with Disney that mean't no hard copy tickets or if it was perhaps something to do with the complany we'll be booking through.

Thanks for the info :)
