Hi All!
Newbie here... we ordered tickets from Ticketmania. What is the normal charge time on your card? We made a purchase and it hasn't gone through, but we called and they said that it was recieved.... (It it that I don't have enough Disney to get them through?) LOL! Is this normal? Has anyone else experianced any billing problems with them and how was it resolved? Thanks guys!

Ordered about 1:00 today, pending on our CC now. Never had a hint of a problem with ticketmania.

We ordered our tickets a couple months ago. I think it may have been 4 or 5 days before the charge showed up on my card. We got our tickets in the mail within 2 weeks.

I've ordered from Ticketmania twice and have been very satisfied. I'll admit I've never looked for the charge on my card, but I've gotten my tickets in about 2 weeks.

Ever since I started researching Ticketmania last year, I have never read anything bad about them. One case where they were lost in the mail, and the company replaced them and delivered the tickets to the resort the OP was staying at. Certainly not Ticketmania's fault something gets lost in the mail.

I have used them three times now, and I have never had a problem. They are great!

We've used TicketMania twice now, with the Mousesavers's newsletter link, with great results. The second time, DBF had to go to Orlando for work a couple of daysafter I ordered the tickets. I asked him to stop by there and pick up a media packet (free tourist mags, coupons but there's a five or ten dollar mailing fee) since I hadn't ordered one. He went in, gave my name and the date I placed the order - one of the workers said "I just sent that order out yesterday," which tells me that they pay attention to what they're doing. They gave him the media packet, and the tickets arrived home a day before he did (and three days sooner than they told us to expect them). We're very happy with Ticketmania's service.
