I purchased tickets for myself and my nephew from there last Spring. Had no problems whatsoever. My nephew "destroyed" his ticket because we were caught in a downpour and since it was already wet, he peeled it apart. I picked up all the pieces and took it to the Guest Services at our hotel. They said that since it was purchased at a theme park, they would have to be the ones that replaced it. No big deal as we were headed to MGM and they replaced it no problem. Then, two days later, he lost the replacement. I thought for sure we were in trouble, but a great CM at Epcot Guest Services was able to search using my ticket and found the day it was replaced and issued a new one. Never had to show a receipt or anything. I would have no trouble recommending them.
