We are Premier AP holders and during our next visit, my mother will be visiting for one day, so we'd like to take her to Universal (and possibly stroll over to IOA).

What is the cheapest option for us to buy her a ticket?

I see that we get the following discount as AP holders:
"10% savings on 1-day and 15% savings on multi-day theme park tickets (up to 6 people)"

A one-day, two-park ticket purchased in advance online is $74.99. Or a one-day, one-park ticket purchased in advance online is $69.00. Would we be able to take 10% that with our AP discount? Or would we have to buy at the gate, so only get the 10% off the gate price?

If we did the 7-day ticket for $79.99, could we take the 15% multi-day discount off of that as AP holders, or is this ticket not combinable with AP discounts?

Edited: I have also just found a Florida resident 1-day, 2-park ticket for $64.95 and it says "Limit four (4) tickets per valid Florida ID." Since I have a valid Florida resident ID, can I purchase one of these for my mother (who is not a Florida resident). And can I also take 10% off as a Premier Pass holder?

Is there any cheaper option?

Thanks,
Susan

AP holders can take 10% off one park or 15% off two park tickets at the gate only. The online specials are already discounted...no other discounts apply.
