Ticket Prices for conference attendees

I may be attending a conference at CSR next June. Do conference attendees get a discount on park tickets? Given I will only be able to go to the parks at night I would hate to pay full price.

If your conference partners with Disney to get discounted tickets, then yes. But it varies based on the agreements each conference creates.

Convention and meeting attendees can often buy special tickets from Disney thru their meeting's link to Disney's Convention-ears website. They offer multiday passes for a discount as well as "after 2 PM" and "after 4 PM" single day tickets. Check with the sponsors of your conference to see if they have anything set up.

Most conference web sites will have a link to the special tickets that are available. They normally can be ordered in advance on-line at picked up at the conference.

I am actually planning a conference with a small 50 room block at CSR. They gave me a link to give to the attendees to purchase discount tickets. They are only 10% off of the gate price, however, with any purchase of a 2-day+ Magic Your Way ticket they will give you a free ticket to a water park, Disney Quest or a round of golf. That ends up making it a pretty good deal. If you're busy during the days though, take advantage of the after 4pm ticket. Depending upon the time of year you could stay in MK as late as 3am (if you don't have to get up early the next morning).

Here's the link, but they will make you select specific dates based on your convention and will cancel your ticket purchase if your name is not on a reservation list yet. So, wait until you've signed up for the conference first before you buy the tickets.
