Ticket and room prices DVC VS AP?

How does DVC compare with AP rate for
1) room rates (assumes you've already used your points for the year and don't want to borrow)
2) ticket prices, particularly PH, PHP and AP - (we're not big fans of the UPH)

The only room discounts offered are 25% off of rack rates for the DVC rooms ONLY. And, this discount is only available when the bean counters use their magic formulas to conclude that all of the rooms will not be rented on points for the date in question.

The only DVC ticket discount is 10% off of the UPH. No special deals on other hoppers or APs. They did survey members a few months ago regarding additional discounts, but no indication as to when, if ever, additional discounts may materialize.
