Through ROFR in less than a week??

My contract went to DVC on Monday and Wednesday i get an email showing it passed ROFR. How is that possible. I purchased through DVC Resales.

They have been moving through very quick the last few weeks. This seems to happen every year in the fall.

haha it'll definitely FEEL like an eternity since the ROFR stage went so quickly.

yep, we just passed in under a week too. i'll take whatever i can get for the process to move faster. =)

Why didn't anyone tell us that the Fall was the time to buy resale, lower prices and quicker ROFR........

It is crazy mine took nearly a full month to pass and this was in August!

I'm so jealous! Wish I could make an offer right now, especially with the great prices I've been seeing. Unfortunately I'm being responsible and saving up the cash, so it will be at least December and probably early spring before I can start the process. Grumble grumble.

Definately not quick with every contract. I am still waiting as well. Contract was submitted the 27th. So frustrating to read that others heard back so fast. Hubby said we can book a trip with our current points if we pass. So I need to know or I will go mad lol

We also had one pass in 7 days and it was during the hurricane when I believe they were shut down for a day or so.

OMG, now I am worried. Our contract through DVC Resales was submitted on 10/4 and we haven't heard anything.
May I ask what resort(s) you are buying?
