Thrill Ride Poll

This will be tough, but of the following which is your favorite thrill ride out of the Disney Parks: Rockin Roller Coaster, Tower Of Terror, Mission Space, Test Track, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

It is very hard for me to decide, but looking at all the choices and adding the plots and stories, I guess I could narrow it down to Tower of Terror. I just love the whole building, the lobby, the library, the ghosts on the ride, the way they made it, and the drops. The one thing I don't like about it is the lines lol. Since it is so good, that is why. I wish there was a single rider line for that because then they could put them in that middle seat. Test Track would come in second, followed by RRC (I just think there should be more stuff in this ride), but the speed rocks. That start on RRC is awsome. So worth it just for that.

My vote goes to RRC. I am a huge music fan and a speed demon!! Nothing better than loud music and a fast ride. I can never ride this just once. We ususally go at least twice sometimes three times in a row!! I could ride it all day long

Definitely Mission:Space. TOT second, it has such good theming.

Splash Mountain all the way!!! It's not as "thrill-y" as some of the others, but it is my very favorite ride in WDW.

TOT all the way!!!I remember when you only dropped once!The first time you don't know what to expect, the "lift" moves through the hotel...goes pitch black...you can feel the heat from outside...doors open & away........

Tower of Terror. I love the look of the place and the whole 1930s Hollywood theme- the music, the archatecture, the artifacts in the lobby and library. It's just wonderful. Not to mention the ride! The drop is incredable but my favorite part is probably when the elevator moves doen the hallway. It's just such a surprise.

My favourite is RnRC as I love rollercoasters, especially looping ones. I also really enjoyed TOT.

Ooohhh, this is hard!

It’s a tossup between Mission Space and RRC. I guess it will have to depend on how I feel at a time. Second place is TOT. The other ones are fun rides but not really thrill rides in my book.

Hands Down TOWER OF TERROR!!!!
I love everything about it...from the moment I stand in line until I am done with the ride, is an adventure!!

First time I rode on the ride I was hooked! It is the BEST ride anywhere....my opinion, of course

A close second (but still second) would be Mission Space. Another great themeing ride.

I have never been on the 'newer' ones listed. TOT didn't do it for me. I liked it but the theme wasn't all that impressive (maybe because I grew up in Hollywood??). For me, without having ever been on the RRC or Mission Space or Test Track, it would be Space Mountian. I love that ride and have ever since I was a little girl. Even the line (in SoCal) has memories for me. If they ever take out those water fountians it will break my heart. Splash mountian and BTMR didn't stand the test of time for me, after 20 years of riding them I have had enough. If there is a line I skip them now.

. . .is still my favorite thrill ride, but when DS and I were there last summer, we must have ridden Mission Space 15 times! It was great fun, but not the pure adrenaline rush of TOT!
Also great fun is the game you play after you exit Mission Space - my son loved being one of the pilots (? - one of 4 who control the ship) - we played this after every ride on Mission Space!

You really need to get back there and go on TT, RnRC, and MS because you are missing out on a lot. Some of the best rides Disney has to offer are the ones you missed.

Grumpyandbashful- I feel the same way. I love the games after the ride. That mission space race is better. To be honest I only like that ride, not the actual ride itself. I just think it is boring, but after you get off you can play the really cool mission space. Go to: www.disneymissionspace.com
Find Disney Mission Space race at the bottom right (it is like a circle) and click and sign up. You can play it online which is really cool. The actual mission control from Epcot sends you the fixes when the server says "online." When the cadets are offline, then it is the PC giving them to you, I also love the the theme song of that ride because for some reason it is very catchy. Of course the one song I am interested in I can't find and download on the net.

I would have to say my favorite thrill ride is the end of It's a Small World, I'm sooooo thrilled its over.........lol.......my wife makes me go on it repeatedly................In all sincerity though my current favorite is Rock and Roller Coaster, although the ones that are the newest are always the best.......It is interesting how some stay fresh and others get old..................
